Charges for this service
1. At present, the service is free of charge from the bank.
2. A balance inquiry call or mini comment will contain a 4-second IVR message that will be heard after 3-4 rings.
a. No fee will be recovered from you by the service provider if you disconnect the call while ringing.
b. If you keep the call active until the IVR is played, you will be paid according to their mobile tariff plan for those 3-4 seconds.
3. Your service provider will charge any SMS sent to 567676, e.g. for the Blocking ATM Card, at premium rates.
4. Similarly, you will be charged for SMS to take advantage of this feature by sending an SMS message (such as BAL, MSTMT, REG, DREG, CAR, House, HELP).
