Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik took a big step on Friday, extending the state’s wildly popular Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) health guarantee program to more than 90% of the population ahead of the 2024 elections. In the first phase of BSKY, all individuals received free services in public health facilities, irrespective of their income or place of residence.
